You may use FinTracker to manage your own financial records. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account.

Free-plan features and usage limits may be configured from time to time. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans unlock the features shown on the Pricing page, subject to fair and lawful use.

Manual bKash, Nagad, or bank payments are activated only after transaction verification. A submitted payment does not guarantee approval if its information is incorrect, duplicated, or unverifiable.

AI-generated drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review and confirm every draft before saving. FinTracker is not responsible for records confirmed with incorrect information.

You must not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another user's data, disrupt the service, misuse admin features, upload malicious content, or use FinTracker for unlawful activity.

You retain ownership of the information you enter into FinTracker.

FinTracker is a record-keeping and information tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not guarantee financial outcomes.

We work to keep FinTracker available, but maintenance, infrastructure failures, security events, or other circumstances may interrupt service. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the payment and applicable law. Contact Support with the transaction ID for a review. We may update these terms and will publish the latest revision date here.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
