We collect account details such as your name, email, phone number, avatar, and authentication activity.

We store the financial information you enter, including income, expenses, wallets, budgets, loans, investments, notes, recurring records, and related dates or descriptions.

For subscriptions, we store plan, coupon, payment method, transaction ID, amount, and approval history.

Information is used to operate your account, calculate balances and reports, enforce plan limits, process subscription requests, deliver notifications, and improve reliability and support.

FinTracker uses an HTTP-only authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not intentionally store authentication tokens in browser-visible local storage.

When you use the AI message assistant, the text you submit may be processed by Google Gemini to create an editable draft. FinTracker requires your confirmation before creating a finance record.

Sensitive finance fields are encrypted before database storage. We also use access controls, authenticated APIs, restricted admin routes, and operational logs designed to avoid secrets and decrypted finance data.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and report suspicious activity.

We may use infrastructure, email, monitoring, and AI providers to operate the service. We do not sell your personal financial data. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, payment, or backup requirements. You may request account-data correction or deletion through the Support page.

We may update this policy as FinTracker changes. The latest revision date will appear on this page.
